  1. Pour 50ml vodka, 25ml coffee liqueur
  2. 1 tbsp single cream into a tumbler filled with ice.
  3. Stir gently and serve.

  5. Shake really well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  6. Dip the rim of the chilled glass in water, shake off the excess then dip into the sugar and zest mix.
  7. Strain the contents of the shaker into your prepared glass and enjoy.

The famous cosmopolitan, or informally a cosmo, is a cocktail made with Vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice, simple and delicious.

  2. 1 tbsp lime juice
  3. 50ml cranberry juice

  3. 50ml vodka
  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 25ml sweet sherry into the shaker
  6. Add ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce, a few drops of hot sauce and a pinch each of salt, black pepper, celery salt and fennel seeds
  7. Shake hard then strain into a tall glass with ice and garnish with a celery stick, lemon wedge and a cherry tomato.
